What is SAP HANA?

SAP HANA (High Performance Analytic Appliance Database) is the new in-memory database advertised a lot by SAP in 2013 and it looks like it will promoted a lot in next few years. It is technology that could reshape the way you currently make reports, analyse information and as consequence taking decisions about your business. The problem is that it is  hard to be explained in several minutes for non-technical professionals like me and maybe you. I was looking for some answers on the net about it and found an interesting video in youtube which gives some answers that I have on SAP HANA.
