My name is Emiliyan. For over 15 years, I have built enterprise systems for companies. My experience covers SAP, ERP, planning, and accounting. I am also a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK).

I grew up in a family of small business owners. My parents have run a four-person travel agency for decades, and I was their IT support for years in my late teens. The agency is still running, and my father has since started another small business. This background, alongside my enterprise work, shapes my view of what is truly useful.

AI is the most interesting change I have seen so far. What many people overlook is that this time, it does not automatically benefit only the big companies. Enterprises may get the headlines, but small and family businesses can move way quicker than before.

Large companies are held back by policies, clients they cannot disrupt, big teams, and risk committees. Small businesses do not face these limits. They can set up a team of skilled AI agents in days, change how they work in weeks, and grow their reach while staying small. This was once impossible, but with the right approach, it is now within reach.

ETCircle is my way of taking the practical discipline from enterprise architecture, removing the bureaucracy, and showing how to build a real AI operating system for businesses, big or small. I do this from scratch, in public, and without any hype.
